Remote Management Plattform
The nets360 Remote Management Platform (RMP) is an all-encompassing solution for monitoring and managing your network devices. Integrated across all nets360 gateways, routers, and switches, RMP provides a transparent, accessible overview of each device’s status and health. This ensures customers avoid the frustrations of “black box” devices, where device status is unclear, and remote changes are impossible.
With RMP, customers gain instant access to key information, such as data usage, IP addresses, and device location, right from a central portal. Remote capabilities go beyond monitoring, enabling users to reboot devices, adjust configurations, and install firmware updates with ease. For businesses managing multiple devices, RMP also offers the power of batch changes, making it possible to deploy updates across numerous devices simultaneously, ensuring consistency and saving valuable time.
For simplified onboarding, customers can set up a “golden configuration” within the platform, allowing new devices to be automatically configured to precise specifications upon connection. This not only accelerates deployment but also ensures that new devices align with the existing network setup.

The advanced options support multiple gateways, automated IP switching, and can be combined with 4G/5G, xDSL, and fiber services, offering customizable solutions for business connectivity and redundancy needs.
With the IP light service, customers receive a simple and cost-effective IP solution. The IP address is automatically assigned by the mobile provider, allowing for a straightforward, ready-to-use configuration.
IP base offers an enhanced IP option for customers who rely on stable and consistent IP connectivity. Users are provided with a “carrier-grade NAT” solution with a fixed public IPv4 address at the central nets360 gateway, making it ideal for businesses needing reliable IP connectivity with a static IP address.
With IP advanced, customers can utilize their own IPv4 or IPv6 address directly on their access gateway or CPE. This option is well-suited for applications that require individual IP addresses and greater control over IP allocation at the access point.
The IP services IP advanced and IP extended are flexible and can be combined with a variety of WAN services, including 4G/5G, xDSL, and fiber optics. These combinations offer businesses a customizable and scalable solution to meet specific network connectivity and redundancy needs.
IP extended plus provides an extended solution for companies with more complex requirements. Here, customers can configure their own IPv4 or IPv6 address across two or more access gateways or CPEs. FAQ
The nets360 Internet Backup includes all required equipment, such as SIM cards and the Extended Connect Gateway with 4G/5G, or the corresponding router. Additionally, every gateway/router comes with access to nets360’s Remote Management Platform, enabling straightforward remote management.
The Extended Connect Gateway connects via the secondary WAN port on your firewall or router, ensuring a constant internet connection. If your primary connection, such as DSL or fiber, fails, your firewall or router automatically and seamlessly switches to the Extended Secure Gateway.
For clients without a secondary WAN port, nets360 offers the Extended Connect Router, which integrates directly into the existing network. This router will switch to 4G/5G when the primary connection goes down, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.
Generally, it is compatible with any firewall or router that has a secondary WAN port. The nets360 Extended Connect Gateway has already been successfully tested with the following firewalls.
